Location
The lodge is 32 miles (51km) from Reykjavik just of the main road around Iceland, easy to find. Few minuets away is a small town with everything you could possible need, supermarket, gas station, liquor store
Rooms
Each lodge has a master bedroom (dbl/twin), bedroom (dbl/twin) and one bedroom with dbl/twin along with queen size bed. The sofa in the living is also a king size bed and 4 hotel extra beds are available in the storage
Facilities
A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a sitting room with south facing window looking across the beautiful scenery. The shower room has a hand basin and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, cutlery, china, utensils etc. The storage has both washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a barbeque and Jacuzzi
Surroundings
Guests are welcome to walk wherever they please, in the woods or by the river Sogid, a big river with plenty of fish and bird life. The house and grounds are splendid. There are plenty of activities. Hill walking, horse riding, golf and plenty of sights nearby. The south of Iceland is famous for sightseeing and spectacular mountains and coastal scenery. There are many gourmet restaurants within easy reach
